Pricing questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
You get a full 30 days with the Growth tier - no credit card. Bring your own data; we'll help you import. If you don't keep going, your tenant is archived and exportable for 90 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades happen at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if I exceed the learner limit?
Nothing breaks. We email you when you cross 90% of your tier and propose the next plan. Until you decide, new learners can still be added - we don't paywall the school day.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit schools?
Yes. Registered NPOs and bursary-funded schools receive 30% off any tier. Email us a copy of your registration and we'll set it up.
What about annual billing?
Annual saves 20% across every tier. We invoice once at the start of your contract; mid-year additions are pro-rated.
How does invoicing work?
We can debit your card monthly, or send EFT invoices for annual contracts. South African schools can be invoiced in ZAR with VAT included.
